Funky Buddha Lounge & Homebrew Shop

We visited the Funky Buddha Lounge and Homebrew Shop on a Friday night. The place was hoppin'. The room was full and everyone was having a good time. We grabbed a table near the bar and ordered up a few flights. Thy had a full menu to select from but sadly we missed out on being able to have a glass of Last Snow, my absolute favorite stout. We ordered up some grain for 10gal batch of the Piiti Porter. Head brewer, Scott Chadwick, offered up a recipe and advice on how to add coffee and coconut to get near a Last Snow, but he would only go so far not revealing the secret details.
